QUALITY CONCRETE WIRE
THE BEADS
We produce
our beads through a special sintering process which removes all porosity in the
bond and ensures constant quality
and extremely high performance. We take no short-cuts in production and only
use the best raw materials available on the market. All our diamond and bonds
come from the most reputable suppliers and is carefully checked before
production to further ensure constant quality.
Our beads
have the advantage, over other producers, of being slightly longer with a total
sintered length of 6,5-6,7mm as opposed to the usual 6mm length that most
producers make. This in turn has drastically reduced the ovalization of our
wires and increased performance by nearly 15%.
After we
have finished sintering our beads, we put them through a special ¡°plating¡±
process. This plating process has the sole objective of allowing the surface of
our beads to become chemically bonded to the vulcanized rubber with which they
will be embedded into the diamond wire.
All of our
beads are then Pre-Sharpened by our patented process. This extra step in our
production ensures that our wire starts cutting from the start and thus allows
you to start working right away rather than having to sharpen the wire during
cutting and loose a lot of valuable time.

Our bond
system allows us to produce products that are well adapted to ALL situations.
We can make beads with Hardness that varies from 97 to 110HRB.
THE RUBBER
We have
been making Vulcanized Rubber wire for many years and together with rubber
manufacturers, we have developed a special rubber with has increased resistance
to abrasion which comes from the harshest working conditions.
Our special
vulcanization process is the result of over ten years of constant development.
We use several coating agents on the steel cable, springs and the beads to
ensure a chemical adhesion of all parts to make our wire resistance even
higher.
We mount
our Vulcanized rubber wires with 40 beads per linear meter in order to optimize
performance.
If you have
the special requirements of cutting High Steel content concrete or if you will
be performing Under-Water cutting, we have also developed a special 50 bead per
linear meter wire.

THE PERFORMANCE
These results are obtained cutting regular reinforced
concrete with standard operating conditions.
